FraudWatch Media Group USA ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to your satisfaction with our merchandise, including custom-printed t-shirts, apparel, and other products sold through www.fraudwatchmediagroupusa.com (the "Site").
Because our products are made-to-order and personalized (print-on-demand), most items cannot be returned or exchanged due to buyer’s remorse, change of mind, incorrect size selection, or similar reasons. Please review product descriptions, size charts, and mockups carefully before purchasing.
Eligibility for Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

We accept returns, exchanges, or refunds only in the following cases:

Defective or Damaged Products: If your item arrives damaged, defective (e.g., printing errors, stains, holes), or materially different from what was ordered (e.g., wrong design printed).

Incorrect Fulfillment by Us: If we send the wrong item, size, color, or quantity due to our error.
Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Situations (All Sales Final)

Change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or wrong size/color choice.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Personalized/custom designs (most of our merchandise falls here).

Orders placed more than [30] days ago (standard window: contact us within 14-30 days of receipt).
Timeframe

Report issues within 7 days of receiving your order (or as required by your POD provider).

Provide photos of the issue, order number, and details via email.

We will review and respond within [3-5] business days.
Process for Approved Returns/Exchanges

For defects or our errors: We will offer a replacement (preferred) at no extra cost or a full refund (including original shipping) to your original payment method.

Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is our fault (we may provide a prepaid label).

Refunds typically process within [7-10] business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (or confirm the defect via photos).

Store credit may be offered as an alternative in some cases.
Cancellations

Orders enter production quickly — cancellations are possible only if requested immediately after purchase and before fulfillment begins (usually within hours).

Once printed/shipped, no cancellations.
Shipping & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once shipped (tracking provided).

For lost items, contact us with tracking info — we may work with the carrier/POD provider for resolution.
